I am trying to run a simulation of the FDA Benchmark Blood Pump case with TCAE. I am using my meshes that I have generated by myself (not via TMESH). 

The project case setup seems to be fine, and I get the message "Project Setup OK" upon checking. However, when I start the TCFD run, I get the following error message after a while -

I do not know why this error occurs. Can you please help me out?

Notice: the topics in error don't have tags, can this be the reason for the error?

In the new topic description, the images have a fixed aspect ratio which leads to an ugly look.

It would be helpful if the form of creating new issues had

1. default option Public

2. not compulsory fields Tags and Tag Users - remove the red star

3. when someone is tagged - he should receive a notification email and see a notification in his dashboard

New topics show the author's Firstname Lastname correctly, however when a comment is made then all of a sudden the username is displayed - which is an unwanted behavior. It's misleading.
